RHUBARB, GINGER & RED MISO JAM
Our Rhubarb, Ginger & Red Miso Jam! Each season we do a different Jam with (our favourite) Fresh Ginger, and this season's is good old fashioned British Rhubarb! Ours is with Red Miso too - おいしい delicious! The Red Miso adds an added depth of flavour and is really nicely balanced with the tartness of the Rhubarb. As well as helping to balance the sweetness of the jam overall - we are all about balance!
// It’s a lovely textured Jam with threads of Rhubarb still present! Not a super thick set - so perfect to swirl into your morning porridge or have with yoghurt and muesli. Or drizzle over a pavlova and add some white sesame seeds! Also great with a cheeseboard.
All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
The Rhubarb is grown locally in Oxfordshire by the lovely Styan's Family produce!
We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
