PLUM, FIG LEAF, GINGER + MISO JAM

Our Plum, Fig leaf, ginger + Miso Jam! Each season we do a different Jam with (our favourite) fresh ginger and miso - and this season it is with lovely local plums! For this one we used white Miso - we use different miso for each seasonal fruit to compliment it. It is really something quite special - the miso balances the sweetness (we are all about balance) so you can eat it sweet as you usually would, but also savoury!

Using gorgeous Victoria plums from Styan’s Family farm in Oxfordshire for this one. And I picked and toasted some fig leaves from a local garden too for an added treat - they give a lovely vanilla-ry, coconut-ty flavour!

// Swirl through your morning porridge, yoghurt & muesli or slap it onto a hunk of toast! I have previously used it in choux buns with custard too - it is great for using on desserts or cakes!

It can also be enjoyed savoury too - it is great with a cheeseboard or on a goats cheese tart! Or with duck and charcuterie too.

All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made in small batches by hand - using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
