JALAPEÑO JAM
Our Jalapeño Jam! A sister chilli jam to our sweet chilli jam - but more on the savoury side from the addition of white miso and the Jalapeños giving it more of a kick.
// Has a little kick - we make it between a jam and a dipping sauce! So it is great for coooking with and more versitile. Stir through salads, pan fry halloumi in it, mix with mayo and pop in wraps or burgers - great with BBQ! Also great with eggs and you can drizzle over tacos or pan fried // roasted veg!
All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made in small batches by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
