If you have a particularly hot kitchen you can pop the jams + chutneys in the fridge.

Orders are posted out within 1-3 working days. Please bear with us as Cranston Pickles is a solo run pickle operation! It is also being run alongside a part time job so IF YOU NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE PLEASE LET US KNOW and we will do our pickled best :) but otherwise sit back and your pickles will be on their way to you!

Depending on which delivery you have selected - keep an eye on any strikes or delays from those services but we will try keep you updated as much as we can!

If for some reason the package has not arrived in one piece please contact us straight away! PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE PHOTOS so that we can get another one out to you straight away (this is because we have to supply photos to the chosen delivery service so that we are able to make a claim - we won’t be able to replace otherwise).

All of our packaging is recyclable + responsibly sourced - also REUSABLE! Keep it and reuse it for something :)

OR return it to us at one of our events and we can give it a new pickle life!
