STORE OUR PRESERVES IN A COOL, DRY PLACE (a nice cupboard will do the job). Out of direct sunlight.

If you have a particularly hot kitchen you can pop the jams + chutneys in the fridge.

Orders will be sent out as soon as possible but can take between 2-7 working days to send out - so please bear this in mind. I run Cranston Pickles solo alongside a full time chef role - so thank you for your pickle patience!

IF YOU NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE PLEASE LET US KNOW - pop us a message to fiona@cranstonpickles.com and we will do our pickled best :) but otherwise sit back and your pickles will be on their way to you!

Depending on which delivery you have selected - keep an eye on any strikes or delays from those services but we will try keep you updated as much as we can!

If for some reason the package has not arrived in one piece please contact us straight away! PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE PHOTOS so that we can get another one out to you straight away (this is because we have to supply photos to the chosen delivery service so that we are able to make a claim - we won’t be able to replace otherwise).

All of our packaging is recyclable + responsibly sourced - also REUSABLE! Keep it and reuse it for something :)

OR return it to us at one of our events and we can give it a new pickle life!
