Our Pickled Red Cabbage! It has a lovely vibrant colour and a fabulous depth to it from the combination of Organic Balsamic Vinegar, Red Wine vinegar & Sarsons Malt Vinegar.
Great with a roast, mashed potato or on a ricebowl or lentils! And the brine makes a beautiful salad dressing as it is with the help of the Organic balsamic vinegar!
All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
