MARMALADE! Blood + Seville Orange with Ginger + Miso!

Our Marmalade! Made using the classic Seville oranges but also blood oranges - as an added treat! The seasonings we decided to treat it the same as our jams with our favourite combination of fresh Ginger + Miso! This time with a combination of white + red Miso for added depth. It is something really quite special we feel!

We tested this marmalade a couple of years back and have been having requests for more ever since! So it’s great to finally make a nice batch for you all.

// Slap on a hunk for sourdough or use in marinades! Could also be lovely with a plough mans perhaps.

All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire! This one (the oranges) has obviously come from a bit further afield, but we sourced it from our lovely local greengrocers Bonners :)

We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
