BLACKBERRY, GINGER & RED MISO JAM

Our Blackberry, Ginger & Red Miso Jam! Don’t tell the others but this is my all time favourite. Each season we do a different Jam with (our favourite) Fresh Ginger, and this season's is the lovely Blackberry! Ours is with Red Miso too - おいしい delicious! It is really something quite special.

// With the added miso you can also eat it sweet or savoury! It balances out the sweetness - Swirl through your morning porridge, yoghurt & muesli or slap it onto a hunk of sourdough! Or add it to a cheeseboard or a teaspoon in your gravy for an added umami treat!

All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
The Gorgeous Blackberries are grown locally in Oxfordshire by the lovely Styan's Family Farm!

We also use fresh herbs & spices in all our products and have a no single-use plastic policy across the business!
