Our Aubergine Chutney! Based off one of my favourite dishes Mapo Tofu - but of course, the veggie version, this chutney isn't the most colourful of ours but is packed full of flavour! A lovely addition to a rice bowl with some greens, or fabulous with a goats cheese! Also great on the side of lentils or curries.

All our Pickles, Chutneys and Jams are made in small batches by hand, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Pickling what is in season & available locally around Oxfordshire!
